Is Mora a real shop, or just a website?

Both. Our store is in central Negombo and you are welcome to walk in and try things on. It is about 35km north of Colombo and under 15 minutes from the airport. Directions and store details.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Pay in cash when the order reaches your door. You can also pay by card, or use KOKO or Mintpay to pay later.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Two to three working days anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery is free on orders above Rs 13,000. Below that a delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Full detail on the shipping page.

What if the size is wrong?

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange for a different size. The item needs to be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you need the receipt. Exchanges are for size issues. Sale items cannot be exchanged. Full detail in our exchange policy.

How do I know what size to order?

Every product page has a size guide. If you are between sizes, or buying footwear, WhatsApp us on +94 74 348 4447 and we will help you get it right. Faster than guessing.

The size I want is sold out. What can I do?

Tap Notify Me on the product page and we will email you when it is back. Or message us on WhatsApp, we can often find it in another branch.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, card payment through PayHere, and buy now pay later with KOKO or Mintpay.
