EXCHANGE POLICY

Since MORA is an online store, the item which requires to be exchanged should be delivered to us via Register Post or Courier to the address we will provide, within 3 DAYS, together with an image of the Receipt provided by the Post Office or Courier service to the Inbox. Once we receive it, we will let you know, and you then have a period of 5 DAYS to communicate with us about the size which needs to be exchanged. Send us a message using the same account you used to place your order, and remember that you may only exchange a product for various sizes if the size doesn't match. If the specified size is not offered, it may be switched for a DIFFERENT STYLE, however, a new shipping charge will apply. Only ONE exchange of a qualifying product is permitted. Therefore, a product that has ALREADY BEEN EXCHANGED CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED.
